Seth Ehrlich, SOS OutreachSeth Ehrlich, SOS Outreach
Seth joined SOS Outreach in 2005. Prior to being named executive director, he served as the vice president of operations and enabled the organization’s significant growth in programs, capacity and locations. He has a bachelor’s degree from Allegheny College and a master’s degree from Carnegie Mellon University. He lives in Edwards, Colorado with his wife, Jennifer, and their two children.

Ben McCue, Outdoor OutreachBen McCue, Outdoor Outreach
Prior to becoming executive director of Outdoor Outreach, Ben was conservation director for WILDCOAST, a bi-national conservation organization with offices in San Diego and Ensenada that protects coastal and marine ecosystems and wildlife. Ben has served on the San Diego County Department of Environmental Health Advisory Board, the International Boundary and Water Commission’s Citizens Forum and the Joan and Irwin Jacobs High Tech High Advisory Board. Ben holds a B.S. in Ecology, Behavior and Evolution from the University of California – San Diego and a Masters Degree in Nonprofit Leadership and Management from the University of San Diego.

Eloise Russo, City Kids Wilderness ProjectEloise Russo, City Kids Wilderness Project 
Eloise has been with City Kids Wilderness Project since January 2011. Eloise earned her BA in Peace & Justice Studies from Tufts University, and her MBA from Boston University’s Public and Non-Profit Management Program. She has worked for the Institute for Non-Profit Management and Leadership in Boston, MA, and with Kaplan K12 Learning Services, managing afterschool and summer school programs for 800 underserved DC youth. Eloise has extensive outdoor, youth development, and management experience, and oversees all aspects of CKWP operations.
