National Public Lands Day (NPLD) is largest, single day volunteer effort for public lands. This is a fee-free day for all federal lands and many state parks to encourage people to join in and spend a day outdoors. Whether you are volunteering or simply enjoying one of the many outdoor activities available, we encourage you to celebrate National Public Lands Day.
